MAGA is published approximately ten times per year. |
| How much does it cost? |
We offer MAGA to you at no cost, but we do ask that if you want us to mail your MAGA to you, you provide funding for postage. Most people give us stamps, which we keep track of, and let you know when you're almost out. Isn't that cool of us? |
| Do you folks make money off this? |
Absolutely not, and if time is money, we lose a bundle. We like doing MAGA because we can be creative and silly and share it with others. This is also the reason we don't always get our issues out on time, or an occasional typo slips through. Sure we hate the things, but to spend so much time searching for typos makes MAGA work instead of fun, and nobody likes that! |
| What's up with the ads here on your site? |
Since cost is a big issue for us, we have chosen to have our site hosted on a free server. Part of the free deal, however, is the single gratuitous advertisement per page. After looking at many services that offer free sites, we found this one to be the most reliable, as well as least annoying free site service there is. (No pop-ups or huge, lengthy URLs!) |
| Can people submit stories to you? |
Absolutely. Guidelines for submissions are located on the Submit page. |
| Hey, why does the sample issue look crappy when I print it? |
It's supposed to. In order to experience the full effect of MAGA, we'd like you to read the actual issue. Let us know, and we'll be happy to send yours right out. |
| Can I receive back issues? |
After a mailing, we save leftover issues in our vault. Feel free to request back issues, but keep in mind that some back issues are almost gone. However, if we get enough requests for an out-of-print back issue, we may just have it reprinted. |
